Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sign up online and get immediate access with our app through Gymmaster or you can come in during staff hours.

    Staffed hours:
    Monday-Friday: 9am-9pm
    Saturday: 9am-5pm

  • See our membership options, which can be purchased online and will give you immediate access to the gym, using our app through Gymmaster. There are no sign up fees.

  • We currently offer discounts for:

    • Students (High school and College with a valid Student ID)

    • Active Fire/Law Enforcement/Military (with valid ID or proof)

    • School Teachers and University Professors (with valid ID)

    You must come into the gym during staff hours and sign up in person to receive these discounts. We do not offer them through our online portal.

  • After signing up, new members are sent a welcome email with details on how to download the GymMaster app, log in, and get into the gym.

    If you prefer not to use the app, you can purchase a keyfob for a one-time fee by requesting one at the front desk during staff hours.

  • Contact us or visit during staffed hours, so we can get you sorted out.

  • We have many expert coaches in our facility and each one runs their own business inside our space. Reach out to your desired coach and they can get you set up. If you’re unsure who to work with - contact us and we can help guide you in the best direction.

  • We offer personal training as well as small classes through The Barbell Club.

    We also host many seminars and competitions, which we post on our events page.

  • We love when you bring guests! Guests may visit one time for free in order to check out the facility. This may ONLY be done during staff hours and you must check-in with a staff member so they can fill out the appropriate paperwork. Otherwise, your guest can purchase a day-pass online at any time and get immediate access.

  • All memberships are recurring until cancelled. If you need to cancel your membership, email support@ironsoulgym.com to request the appropriate form. You must fill out the form at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to ensure we have enough time to get to your request before your next charge. No refunds.
